Hi! I’ve been busy making something to sell to you. On June 25th, I will be releasing Framed Egg, a short chapbook-type magazine-y thing full of never-before-seen comedy writing by myself. It’ll come out as a .pdf file and in a limited print run, for those people who really care.
Since this is something I’m going to be making and releasing every month, I’m using letter.ly to handle the digital distribution. Go to my letter.ly page (letter.ly/framedegg) and sign up using Amazon payments (super easy if you’ve ever used Amazon. Like, I can’t describe how easy it is) and you’ll pay me two bucks a month and receive an email with your copy on the 25th of every month. (You can cancel at any time. Not that you’ll want to.)
I’ll have a site up soon to handle the physical side of things, but I thought I should let you all know that this is happening, and that it’s a good idea to register at letter.ly now so that you don’t miss the boat. (If you sign up for the digital version and later decide you want the physical one too, I’ll take the $2 off the price of the hard copy, so DON’T LET THAT PUT YOU OFF, OKAY?)
I am going to be a little annoying in promoting this. Sorry about that.
I’m really proud of the writing (and art) in Framed Egg, and I’m excited to share it with you. I think this could be one of those cool, web 2.0 content-creator-interacting-directly-with-her-fans things that everyone is so excited about these days.
